Return & Refund Policy for Swadeshi Basket

At Swadeshi Basket, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
This policy outlines the procedures for returns and refunds for all products purchased through our website.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. But we accept return only in case of if customer received damaged product from our end. We will need proof of verification that the product is damaged or not! We need video proof of opening a product (at the time of unboxing not after unboxing) and receiving it damaged. Otherwise we won’t accept returns. After receiving unboxing video our team will verify it and give you the return if it is eligible if not then we won’t provide you return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at swadeshibasket124@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the return is accepted then the customer should send the same product on the address provided by company in the return email procedure with proper tags & original packaging items.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please notify us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 15-20 Days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods such as Festival season, processing may take longer, but we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
